| I decided that I am going to start a fast today on only liquids. That being said... there is a good quote on my tea bag right now "Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life but by the obstacles which she has overcome." Booker T. Washington (1856-1915) I dont know how long my fast is going to last. The longest I have gone before is only 3 days. After the first day it gets a lot easier, imo. Wish me luck... Thinspo...

| I would just like to ask that anyone with a strong opinion in any of this to respond/ leave comments because I need feedback. What was the defining moment in your life that caused you to believe. Or not believe. If you KNOW that God (Gods, Deities, whatever) exists, or doesnt exsist, what makes you know? Was there a dissapointment that caused you to reject the idea of a "creator"? Are you a believer in logic and there just isnt enough empirical evidence? Did someone else cause you to believe what you do? Are you a believer in love and miracles and this cant be an accident? Whatever it is, I want to know... |

| Alright!! New Challenge... Bringing Sexy Back 2009... time for some skinny jeans Tomorrow shall be Day One. Heres the point system: Diet: 6 pts for going under calorie goal 5 pts for meeting your calorie goal 4 pts for going over your calorie goal by 100 cals 3 pts going over calorie goal by 200 cals 2 points by going over your calorie goal by 300 -3 pts for going over calorie goal by 300-400 -5 pts for going over calorie goal by 401+ cals 2 pts for ever serving vegetables 3 pts for every serving lean protein 1 pt for every serving protein ( in general, like..eggs! which have 5 grams fat, but still got protein!) 1 pt for every serving fruit -3 pts for fast food -3 pts for soda (diet as well)
Exercise: 10 pts for completeing the exercise plan for the day (whether its a running day or a strength training day) 3 pts per 30 mins of cardio on top of the FULL amount for that days workout plan -6 pts for only doing part of it -10 pts for missing exercise entirely (unless rest day) -2 pts for doing something entirely different (if you decided to NOT do the plan as well) 3 pts for at least 10 mins stretching 2 pts for at least 5 full mins meditation
Extras: 6 pts for updating your points (each day you do it THAT day) 2 pts per comment to challenge members -10 pts for not weighing in on time (Sundays) 5 pts for weiging in on time 6 pts per lb lost 3 pts per .5 lbs lost -3 pts for any gain
